This project, which started in December, 2009, aims to implement a on-line critical commentary on the Life of Apollonius of Tyana by Philostratus. Our immediate goal is to prepare a prototype, linking together the Greek text, an English translation, the editors' commentary, and a bibliography of secondary sources. We plan on marking up the documents in TEI, linking them using tools developed for the Spenser project, and serving them to the web.
